FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Studio Induction is a 60-minute guided session ($50) that teaches you how to safely use the reformers and navigate the YourReformer system. It is mandatory before you can access the studio 24/7.
Download the Silverlink Studio app to create an account, book your induction during available hours, and manage all future bookings. After your induction you can purchase class packs or memberships and book anytime.
Each private 55-minute session gives you access to 1000+ on-demand classes via YourReformer. Filter by level, duration or style - full-body, core, athletic, pre/postnatal and more. Connect your Bluetooth headphones for an immersive experience.
Absolutely. Classes cater to all levels with easy modifications. We warmly welcome everyone - including men - in our inclusive, judgement-free space.
Bring your phone (required for access and bookings), a water bottle, comfortable workout clothing and Bluetooth headphones. Grip socks are required - available in-studio for $15 if needed.
Yes. After your induction you can choose flexible class packs or memberships. We offer both 1-year lock-in memberships (better value) and unlimited non-lock-in memberships.
Yes. Unlimited memberships can be paused anytime through the app. Lock-in memberships allow one pause of up to 7 days (email request). Early termination of a lock-in contract incurs an exit fee.
Silverlink Studio is open 24/7. Once you complete your induction, you can book and train whenever it suits you - ideal for shift workers, busy mums and anyone in the Burdekin.
